Cancellation Policy:
6.1 If you wish to cancel a service, you must submit a cancellation request by email to hello@mediamotion.ma at least one week before the scheduled start date of the service.
6.2 Cancellations made within one week of the service start date will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy:
7.1 Refunds will be issued within 10 business days following the receipt of a cancellation request, provided the request complies with the terms outlined in Section 6.
7.2 Refunds will be processed once the cancellation is confirmed by the Media Motion team and will be credited to the original payment method.
Right of Withdrawal:
8.1 In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of purchase without providing any reason, provided the service has not commenced.
8.2 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at hello@mediamotion.ma, clearly stating your intention to withdraw.
8.3 If you exercise this right, all payments made will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.
Termination of Services:
9.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or any other reason. Media Motion also reserves the right to cancel any service that does not comply with our policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
10.1 Media Motion provides its services “as is.” We make no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our services.
10.2 Media Motion does not guarantee specific results, such as increased website traffic or social media engagement, from its services.
Limitation of Liability:

11.2 Clients assume full responsibility for the content and legal implications of their websites or social media managed by Media Motion.
